celery slices and chopped pecans in

Rice-A-Roni Salad
2 Pkgs. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni,
cooked according to pkg.
directions
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts,
drained (reserve 1/2 cup
marinade)
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
4 green onions, chopped
16 green olives, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
diced chicken (optional)
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder and marinade.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate several hours.
Add chicken just before serving, if desired. Judy
Mississippi Caviar
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup salad oil
1 small onion, chopped finely
Tabasco sauce or chopped red
or green hot pepper to taste
Mix and marinate at least 8 hrs.
Serve with snack crackers. Judy
Three Bean Salad
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 can kidney beans (red)
1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1 onion, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and garlic.
Drain beans and rinse.
Pour dressing over beans, stir in onions and peppers.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Judy
